This group is grounded in Behavior Analysis, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Behavioral Activation, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). Through collaborative discussions and practical exercises, participants will gain strategies to navigate common parenting challenges while fostering a sense of connection and growth within their family.
