Empowered Parenting: A Support Group for Parents of Children with Autism

Ongoing meetings every Wednesday at 5pm - $20 per session

This group is designed to support you in navigating the struggles associated with parenting a child with autism while fostering a sense of community, validation, and growth.

Led by a skilled therapist experienced in Behavior Analysis, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Behavioral Activation, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), this group offers a balance of emotional support and practical problem-solving.
